My Little Disclaimer

I have always been on the hunt for a bargain. The thrill of buying something at a great price is really exciting to me. It is truly addictive for me.Recently I have found a great web sight, Pinching Your Pennies, to help me go further with my habit. PYP has really opened a whole new world to help me save money. It provides so many more resources that I would never be able to find individually. They find great deals locally, nationally, and online. We really are a great match.I realize that a lot of my great deals that I find may not be great deals for others. No matter how much something costs, unless you are going to use or need it, it really is not a good deal. (Although I have been paid a couple of times to buy something. Wow! That really can give you a rush.)Every time I find a great deal I find myself calling dozens of people to share with them. Many often say, "When you find another great deal, make sure you give me a call." My list is growing, and I am worried that I am going to leave someone out. So I decided to add to my blog. Now I can post about my good deal, so if I do not give you a call, you can still find out what they are. I have to repeat what I said above, I understand that a good deal for me, may not be a good deal for you. I encourage you to use similar methods as I have to find the deals that will fit your family the best. Most of the deals I find are for groceries and clothes (mostly children's clothes.) My biggest technique is to find things on a great sale and then combine them with coupons. (I know some of you out there are embarrassed to use coupons, but when you start getting some of these great deals hopefully you will be a little more willing to try.) I find coupons both in the Sunday paper and online. I will try to provide a link for the coupons that I find online that correspond to sales in the stores. If you can find a store coupon your savings will be even greater as these can be combined with manufactured coupon. My DH warned me to not start this blog because then there will be no deals left for me. I encourage you to use moderation in your purchases. Buy as much as your family will use before the product will go bad, or until another sale. Just remember that there are others that want to find a good deal also. If the product goes bad or you cannot use it, you really did not save any money on buying it.
