Now is a great time to buy winter clothes. Many stores are clearancing winter clothing to make room for Spring clothing. Yesterday The Children's Place started their 50% off Clearance Monster Sale. I was not as impressed with this sale as I have been in the past, but there are still a lot of great deals. This is both in stores and online. I like to go to the outlets because the regular stores send their clearance stuff to the outlets and I think they have a better selection.
