Every fall J & J Garden Center in Layton has Hay Rides to there Pumpkin Patch where you can pick a Pumpkin. The Rides and Pumpkins are free, but you need to get a ticket in advance. (The tickets are at the cash registers in their store.)
They are doing these rides for the next 4 Saturdays, Sept. 26th, Oct. 3rd, Oct. 10th, and Oct. 17th. The hours are 10 AM - 5PM.
We went last year and had a lot of fun. They have a large pumpkin patch, and everyone with a ticket was able to go and pick there own pumpkin.
