Smiths Double Coupon Event Now- Sat (7/31)

Smiths is having their coupon event again. I am not sure why they call it Double Coupons, because it is really every coupon less than $1 will be treated as $1.

$.10 = $1

$.25 =$1

$.75= $1

$.99 =$1 etc.
