Shop Old Navy and Children's Place for Clearance sales

I know I have been a slacker on posts lately. I guess I have too reasons: I have been pretty busy with the holidays and end of the year, and there just have not been that great of deals. I do not like to send you crazily around town, store after store. Usually I will not tell you about a free toothbrush at Walgreens, because to me it is just not that worth it to go out of my way to get one free toothbrush. I like to send you places where you can do a lot of shopping, that you need to do, plus save money.

This is the time of year that I like to buy a lot of my clothes and clothes for my kids. Big retailers are clearancing out their things to make room for spring. The two big places I shop are The Children's Place and Old Navy.

The Children's Place is now offering an additional 50% off their clearance prices. This is in stores only, online usually follows closely after. (If you do shop online, use code: P7C2011 for additional 20% off until 1/18/11.) I buy all of my winter stuff for next year now, just a size up. Old Navy is now offering an additional 40% off their clearance prices. I like shopping here because I can shop for the whole family. If you go to Old Navy's Facebook page, click on the tab Barker's Bones and search for an additional coupon that you can use on top of their clearance sale. (I found and used a $10 off $50. They usually offer 2-3 different ones. If you do not like the first one, click on Barker's Bones again and start digging again. I think you may have to have a facebook account to get these. One coupon per email per week.)

I am sure many other stores are offering similar deals. These are the ones I know about and shop at. Call the store you like and ask about any similar sales or ask next time you are in. Always do a search online to check for codes or printable coupons for additional savings.
